Abstract
In this paper noise of plastic spur gears which were made by injection molding and cutting was measured by using an experimental equipment of the gears. The influences on noise of the distance between shafts of the gears, the torque of load, the rotating speed, lubricant, the coefficients of elasticity of the gears and the roughness of the surface of the teeth were obtained based on experiments.
