Abstract
A role of PM is very important at project promotion as System's Integration. For project promotion with planned QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery),PM must have aptitude, strong will and high personal skill. This paper focus "human side to PM" and describes 1) How to check vocational aptitude of PM? 2) What is required personal skill as PM? 3) What PM must try to do?
