Practical Quality Management in the large-scale system development project

Abstract

The importance of the quality management in a system development project is needless to say. The quality management in the project management becomes more important and influences a success of the project, as the scale of the project grows larger. We developed the gateway system for the cellular phone, which had 39million user in 2003 from 2001. In this paper I consider the key points of the quality management based on the know-how that I acquired through the development of the gateway system.
