Abstract
Establishment of the standard WBS, how it is tailored to meet the project's needs, identification of work products for each work package, and how the project schedule is established based on the WBS are described. The aim of these activities is to enhance quantitative project management. As a matter of fact, collecting the data on development size, effort and cost foreach work package provides more detailed way of quatitative project management. As a result, it enables us to statistically analyze the process performace data.
