Abstract
Our company is aiming at offer of a quality solution which a customer satisfies, and at achievement of the business goal, is promoting the process improvement based on the (CMM)^[○!R] for the purpose of carrying out a project as planned. Consequently, we attained the level 3 in December 2002 in the section for an improvement which used as the base (SW-CMM)^[○!R], attained in June 2003 in the section for an improvement which used as the base (CMMI)^[○!R]. In this paper, we introduce the improving point in systematic process improvement activities that used (CMMI)^[○!R] as the base, and its effect.
