Support measure to strategic project for management improvement in small and medium-sized enterprise

Abstract

In the prolonged economic recession, the small and medium-sized enterprise which is about to develop the business positively try to break the approach predicament to the management strategy project. However, the enterprise which has expertise, technological seeds, and the project management knowledge according to the project accomplishment is scarce, and the result of achievement of the project cannot necessarily be said enough. In this paper, the measure of officialdom and university which in order to supports the management strategy project is proposed for the small and medium-sized enterprise.
