A Proposal of the Risk Estimation tool

Abstract

The exact grasp of risk in project is very important requisite for Project Management. In Software Development, for the purpose of allotment of resource for risk hedge, there are some precedents which are examinations and trials of the risk estimation tool for explanation of risk level and comparison between some Project's risk. In this paper, for risk hedge, we propose the tool, which estimate and visualize the risk on early stage of Software Development, trace the condition of risk until end of the Project, and grasp the key characteristic of risk very easily.
