Abstract
It is already common sense that project management is the key factor of a project success, and it is said that a project manager's ability influences success or failure. Training of a project manager has common acquisition of the knowledge system of project management, and management technique. However, about the leadership theory peculiar to project management required in order that a project manager may understand and practice a role of a leader, the systematization is inadequate. In this paper, the definition of a general leadership theory is verified, and the practical leadership theory based on the author's project management experience is systematized uniquely. This is named "5S model which makes Vision realize", and it expects that the keyword five S is useful to the check and correction of a project manager's action.
