1405 Project quantitative assessment indicators and PMO actions for project maturity model

Abstract

I designed PAI (project assessment indicators) with that PMO estimate the status of projects quantitatively and did assessment of projects with it. In this paper, This report introduces the important notices to make PAI and expression of the situation of projects and organizations with PAI and maturity model according to progresses stage of projects and actions for those status. Furthermore, the future activity direction that stood on evaluation for PMO activity from project managers and stakeholders.
