Abstract
Key factor of system integration is human resource. Success of system integration project depends on project managers. Project managers with technological knowledge and practical project management skill are critical to system integration business. This paper introduces our business unit's effort to foster such practical project manager in following points, and describes its enhancement points. 1) Education about technological knowledge. 2) Fostering project managers through real project management work.
