Abstract
The area of the project management and the relation are basically deep though ITIL^[○!R] advocates the best practice in the service management process. Because it is a source where the information system development project invents the IT service, it is thought that effectiveness to consider ITIL^[○!R] through the project is high. The project that doesn't think about the operation maintenance efficiency improvement becomes an operation maintenance phase, the effect the same as the expectation cannot be invented or it is counterbalanced, and there are a lot of cases. It is the one that the effectiveness of the consideration of ITIL^[○!R] in the information system development project for such a problem was considered.
