Abstract
It was examinede in the previous reporty that the optimum combination of project member in the venture company. As the result, the HRM in the small scale venture company for R&D was proposed. In the report, the competency map was developed basede on the survey of individual characters in a venture company. As the results, one of the HRM methods in small scale venture companies was proposed based on the knowledge base which was developed using the competency map.
