Abstract
Test automation can be effective for reducing cost of regression testing in software development. However, it is not easy to apply test automation to actual project, because of unskilled human resources and so on. Test automation technical engineers are necessary and they need to write test scripts; nevertheless, it is difficult to assign such engineers to develop test scripts. When applying offshore development for resources of test script development, we need a method for test script verification. This paper presents team building with test automation technical engineers, and we propose a test script development process for quality risk mitigation.
