Abstract
We have enhanced the standard process of CMMI level3, information sharing platform(PJ portal) and project management support tool (PM support tool) on the basis of our ISO9001 equivalent quality management system which we had continuously developed and deployed in the organization through the SI businesses activities. In order to aim at continuous improvement of the quality and productivity of the project, we developed and deployed CMMI level4 equivalent standard process of quantitative project management that enables to collect timely and objectively information of projects status, and also that enables to return solution measures for the problems as feedback to the project. However we have manually collected information and then we have analyzed and evaluated it with tools for the upper management and the project manager to keep track of the project status. In this article we describe the problems to be solved and the future direction of quantitative project management support system (P-Support) which enables project organization to detect problems in the early stage and enables to collect analyze data in reduced efforts. P-Support follows the quantitative project management method grown in the Corporate culture.
