Abstract
Bringing up project managers has become a major issue in IT services industry. To solve the issue, effective teaching method and practical tool to evaluate the results continuously are expected. We tackled a virtual project named "Constructing medical insurance website exclusive for web selling". It was our challenge to improvement of the project management competency by applying knowledge and the tool of project management effectively. Moreover, we executed arrangement of PM competency necessary for IT project, skill check on IT developer, and finally, considered the tendency and the feature of a useful project management competency. In this paper, we present these processes and the results of the activity.
