Abstract
As for the project managers of the IT system projects in our company, their management ability is evaluated and their PM rank is certified based on our own criteria "PM accreditation system". On project team building, this system requires project managers to have appropriate PM rank according to the size of the project. However, some projects went wrong even though qualified project managers were assigned, besides it was difficult to assess project teams in the same way as we assessed project managers. In order to improve such situations, we created an assessment system for project management teams which takes project size and development type into account. This paper describes the result of our research.
