Abstract
In product development, reducing time and cost of the project is important to ensuring the competitiveness of its competitors. Recently, however, by the complexity of product structure by diversification of customer needs and the globalization of markets, duration and the cost of the project are increasing. Meanwhile, as a method to shorten the duration of the project plan Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) has been attracting attention, complex projects such as product development is difficult to plan. This paper complex project plans, Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is proposed using the CCPM methodology to apply.
