2701 The standardization special committee activities and process report : Consideration for the organization's functions to be used for governing the project

Abstract

Now, ISO/PC236 is developing the international project management (PM) standard. Also there are internationally well-known PM standards such as PMBOK and ICB etc. which define what the project managers and members should do. At the same time the organization govern the project in order to lead it successfully. However there is no standard of these activities for the organization. The standardization special committee has been considering the organization's functions which govern the project. In this paper, the activities and processes of the committee are described.
