Abstract
As quality evaluations of specifications in our company, we had used almost qualitative adequacy methods, for example using provided checklists. Then, quantitative evaluation to compare with the target value and pointed out number of review was not done enough. Because the design process was different from each other project, it was difficult to set the target value for the relative evaluation. However, evaluation process in design process is becoming to be unified by introducing a uniform method of review, and it is becoming to be able to collect the results data. In this paper, the method of setting the target value for quantitative evaluation based on the results data is examined, and it evaluate the method.
