Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss a competency in Personal Project Management. 1) It is helpful to notice the necessity of competencies to utilize the framework of Personal-PM as competency elements, 2) The achievement needs are not easy to be seen, but they are indispensable for the improvement in competency, and 3) An active own action is needed for the competency that is tried to be acquired.
