Abstract
IT skill standard (IT SS) is becoming accepted in the IT industry in Japan. But in the real project, a member is rarely assigned by the type of job defined by ITSS. It is common that they hold the posts and the p lural types of job. In this study, the result of survey data based on ITSS shows overview about the self-evaluation of the career of the project managers. In addition, I compared the result of ITSS data and "Common Carrier Skill Framework (CCSF)".
