Abstract
Now, I am having in charge the project of two middle-scale systems (about 20 servers). These projects are promoting the project individually until now, without being related. In two systems, a base renewal project is due to begin the second half of the 2012 fiscal year, and it is necessary to newly secure a development staff. However, I utilize an engineer holding now effectively that the situation that an excellent engineer is hard to secure continues these days and succeeds by the project of these two, it is necessary to contain plural projects, and to establish effective team constitution. This article describes the measure to establish this effective team constitution.
