Abstract
As to competencies of carrying out, 42 management processes defined in PMBOK[○!R]Guide were replied as a self-assessment for about 200 Project Manager(PM)s in information and communication technology field. Obtained results of questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis and 9 factors were identified. The influence of "deliverable management" factor for time performance and the influence of the "requirement management" factor for cost performance and the influence of "progress management" factor for these 2 factors were analyzed by pass analysis. Successful PMs perceive these competencies and importance.
