1601 Report on Project Management Experience by the Project Manager of High School Student : Big Revolution for the School Culture Festival

Abstract

Our school recognizes the school festival as a project and implemented project management for the school festival in 2012. This paper reports on how we, high school students, have learned and implemented project management. The report includes what I did as a project manager, and documents which created through the Project Management process of initiate, plan, execution, and close. Also, it is stated how the experience of a project manager has influenced my school days and a future career plan.
