Improvement of the quality of software and the ability of project management with offshore partner(<Special Issue>Mechanism and organization activity for succeeding project)

Abstract

Toshiba Solutions Corporation began the offshore software development in 1996 and the ordered volume is 100 times at first by present. We've tried to solve the various problems on the quality of the software products and project management with the offshore partner. In this paper, the effect of the organization activities to improve the quality of software product and the ability of project management is discussed.
