Abstract
Communication management is one of the essential functions that can dramatically affect the outcome of a project. The capacities for effectively recognizing and managing our own emotions and those of others or the advanced abilities of EQ are acknowledged as the basic literacy for Communication management. The most important abilities as a project manager are extracted from the 106 assessments of the project managers and systems engineers on the line. A total of 45 research volunteers had been trained during a given period of time with self-development sheets of EQ. The research shows that the abilities can be improved through the training.
