Abstract

Modern-PM has been shaped for a half century. It would not be fully matured, however, as there are a lot of rooms to be enhanced in the recent discussions about PM evolutions. The themes dealt with there are mostly innovations or business enhancement, such as PM combination with systems engineering, strategic management need, etc. However, we should remember that all the programs/projects consist of individual personal-projects. Personal-PM successes are the bases of all the organizational programs/projects. This paper shows Personal-PM characteristics, its roles, and the importance of its deeper study for the evolution of modem PM, as a conclusion.
