Abstract
The request for shorter delivery time in large-scale software development projects is increasing as well as the acceleration of business speed. Users' business requirements in large-scale projects become more complicated and may cause greater risks of cost overrun and delivery delay. In this context, we adopted integration of shorter projects made by dividing the development into smaller functional units. In this paper we describe effective project management through an integration of shorter and smaller developments by dividing a large-scale development.
