Abstract

It is necessary to clarify business outline of each stakeholder by analysis and the analysis of the stakeholder concerned with a project, responsibility range, authority to need and contribution degrees to expect in the accomplishment of the project. I make the duty allotment table which described these in the past project and perform project accomplishment. This duty allotment table is easy to specify the roles in each stakeholder, but grasp of the positioning in association and the system between stakeholders is difficult. I solve such a problem and reduce the communications gap between each stakeholder, and it is thought that it is effective to utilize mind map and job description as one tool to let you clarify the system of the project and authority.
