Abstract

From the 1990s, most companies adopt the ERP package when they choose the financial accounting system. The account data which are dealt with the ERP packages are managed as a lot of master data. These master data are one of the important properties of the company, and it is necessary to manage them appropriately. This kind of management method is called MDM (Master Data Management). In this paper, we will introduce a case study which is we are determined the cause of problems which is occurs in the dealing with the master data and the subject which is the quality improvement activity.
