Abstract
In recent years, number of project with large scale and high complexity has been increasing, and results of these projects often make impacts on company's sales result and brand such as reliability. In response to that, many companies consider training project manager who can lead projects to success as important issue for management strategy and has been focusing on Personnel training and development of training system. In this article, we clarify issues that project managers have based on the result of hearing with people who are currently project manager, and propose solution strategy for these clarified issues with mentoring and coaching.
