Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the concept of gift, as communicative motor, in cyberspace. Indeed, the gift suggests the possibility of an exchange that remains neither in the general economic movement nor in the conversion to monetary value. We stress how receipt act increase the value of gif and then, its impact on information's value in cyberspace. Therefore, we will able to consider the question of the necessity to communication to be reduced to utility. If not, we could examine how greats advantages occur to knowledge exchange and by the way to the collective intelligence.
