Open the Living Information for Times of Disaster toward Citizen Use

Abstract

Due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, there is increasing interest in disaster management. The information on disaster management is made into open data in many local governments. However, most of the data is not useful enough for citizen because of the lack of information needed after disaster happens. This study investigates to open the living information for times of disaster toward citizen use.
