this paper shows that the factor of trust and how it deal with surveillance society. Due to it, we analyze the JGSS-2006 data using the method SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) and show two points as follows. Firstly, latent factor trust of establishment and civil trust fit regarding surveillance. Secondly, There is a positive correlation between trust of establishment and personal opinion about CCTV and There is a negative correlation between civil trust and personal opinion about CCTV.
