This paper discusses a regional social networking service (SNS) for the community revitalization in the area which were damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the tsunami. I have supported a community activity to learn ICT literacy in Yamamoto town. The members of the activity have been using the SNS since they started the activity in 2013. In this paper, I describe the activity and analyze the use of the SNS by the members. The number of the member who actively use the SNS is small, but the community on the SNS has been ongoing to this day.
