This paper introduce the concept of strategic PR to analyze the PR of Prime Minister's Office of Japan(“Kantei”). After Second Abe administration, Kantei develop the new strategies and methods promoting their messages and public policies. These new issues have caused the change of the relation between Kantei and the other actors including people and media, journalism etc. This paper shows the new face of Kantei strategic PR and its condition, developing process.
