A Study on Operating an Efficient HyFlex-type Research Meeting

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused all events to go online, but regulations have loosened, and face-to-face events are being resumed. To utilize the benefits of online events, hybrid events (hyflex-type events) are often required. Through the experience of organizing several hyflex-type study groups, an optimal solution for holding such events was found. This paper reports on some points to keep in mind when organizing a hyflex-type event.
