Abstract
The education in Japan is sorted by humanities and science. Many doubts have been shown so far for this division. This report will show a doubt that the law which is the representative field of the humanities and the mathematics which is the representative field of the science are the same things for this division. This report will state mathematicians and lawyers were the same existence history, and what the differences between the thought of science and that of humanities is, and it will show that the humanities and the science are same.
