Abstract
This paper seeks to investigate how we can support others based on their self-determination, especially people with learning difficulties. There are always others who intervene in the process of self-determination. Because of the many difficulties in communication and understanding what a person with learning difficulty wants and requests, the attendants must reflect on how they suggest. how they listen and how they behave in the communication with him or her. Because it is impossible to clarify completely what is self-determination or the effect of the attendant's intervention, attendants in Tama district try to make multiple associations.
