Abstract
The deicing salt spreads larger amount and more frequent after the moratorium on the use of spiked tire. There are many damage in steel bridges by spreading decing salt. The cases of the deicing salt adhesion to girder are water leak which include deicing salt, and scattering of deicing salt by wind and traffic passage. However, it isn't evident that the effect of scattered deicing salt for steel bridges. In this paper, relation between amount of spreading deicing salt and airborne salt, adhering salt to girder, corrsion of test piece using weathering steel are observed.
