Automated and Simple Determination Systems for Controlling Salt Manufacturing Process

Abstract

Automated and simple systems for determining process solutions and salt products were developed to control the salt manufacturing process and enable automation and save labor. These systems were constructed using widely used and inexpensive equipment. The automated determination systems can be left unattended, and only nominal pretreatment of samples is necessary for simple determination systems. The values determined using these systems can be applied to controlling the salt manufacturing process, and some have already been used in the process. The determination principles, the equipment comprising the systems and examples of application to the salt manufacturing process are presented in this report.
