Abstract
Biliary intraepithelial neoplasm (BilIN), which showing flat or micropapillary proliferation of atypical epithelium and intraductal papillary neoplasm (IPN), which mainly showing apparent papillary proliferation of neoplastic cell may arise in the bile ducts. Neoplasia of the biliary tree includes continuous spectrum from premalignant lesions to early carcinoma. In large bile duct including Papilla of Vater and gallbladder, like as a pancreatic neoplasia, two definite pathway of carcinogenesis from polypoid growth and flat arranged atypical epithelium. Because the relation between IgG4-related disease and malignant tumor attract a great public attention, we need to analyze IgG4 related cholangitis with neoplastic lesion.
