Abstract
country have been taking policy for all discharge gas except for diesel engine.
Base on the interest of enviromental protections, more energy saving purification technology and to regenerateclean environment and the high level polluting matter elimination technology are needed. On the other hand, theeconomic competition of developing countries by producing goods without concidering to the environment had madeserious environmental pollution . Therefore, Basic theory of energy saving and low cost technology for the plesentenvironment and the prevention of air pollution are requested over the world.
There are a lot of principles for fixation of pollutant emission and its inharmfulity. Large surface area, designedpore distribution and activated carbon with surface functional group are thought to be a main material. It is possibleto construct the basic principle for high level cleaning using low energy by the advanced of material and process design (fixation, contact conversion, and recovery).
In this paper, the feature of carbon fiber with 10-20μm diameter (activated carbon fiber, ACF), the abstractof the manufacturing method, the technical basicity for air cleaning and the future of ACF are introduced.
