OSCILLATING MULTIPLIERS ON LIE GROUPS AND RIEMANNIAN MANIFOLDS

Abstract

We prove L^p estimates for oscillating spectral multipliers on Lie groups of polynomial volume growth and Riemannian manifolds of nonnegative curvature. We apply these results to obtain L^p estimates for the Riesz means of the Schröodinger operator.
