Abstract
We present a case of intracranial lipoma mimicking basilar artery dissection. Intracranial lipomas are rare congenital malformations. They tend to specific locations within the brain. Fat-saturated T1-weighted image is helpful in differentiating lipoma from intramural hematoma of dissecting artery.
