The effects of Q-value and changing of angular frequency to the frequency stability of a linear oscillator are described here. When an external force in R_0exp(i∫^t_0ω(t)dt) (ω(t)=ω_0+ω_1(t),ω_0 : resonance angular frequency of the oscillator, ω_1(t) : random variable angular frequency) exerts on the oscillator with the resistant force proportional to its velocity, calculation is tried by ai ds of statistical method. And the following result is obtained. s(Q)=√<1/(2Q){e^-δ^2(1/(2Q)+δσ/ω_0)-1/(2Q))}> where s(Q) is the fractional frequency stability of the oscillator, σ is the variation of ω_1(t) and δ is the product of σ and τ_c which is figure corresponding to change of ω_1(t)
