Abstract

With toxicity data of OECD TG 421 and 422 tests under Japanese existing chemical survey program, the occurrence time point of the major toxicity for each test was aggregated by dividing into three stages: periods of until early embryonic development (A), organogenesis (B), and perinatal (C). Of the total 394 tests, 158 showed some developmental and reproductive toxicity (DART), and the numbers (%) corresponding to A, B, and C were 52 (33%), 25 (16%) and 81 (51%) respectively. This dataset adds current DART knowledge, as it occupies an area of chemical space that has less information on DART than other databases.
