Ability Shift of Students on Architectural Structural Mechanics

Abstract

The architectural structural mechanics is the only building-up course in Department of Architecture. A structural mechanics is a good course to evaluate students' ability because of its eternalness. In this report, the ability shift of students is analyzed on architectural structural mechanics course. As a result, the correlation between the regular exam result and quiz results is weak. The correlation between the regular exam result and homework results is also weak. The ability shift of students is not changed from 2004 to 2009.
