Abstract

In this study, I combined a wide-area movement simulation after a great earthquake and a narrow-area simulation of urban fire evacuation behavior in the northern part of Sumida-ku, Tokyo. This method made it possible to quantify the impact of the wide-area movement of stranded commuters on their evacuation behavior from urban fires at post-earthquke.
