Abstract

A high performance SIT 100kW MW TX system was developed. It has very low distortion and noise characteristics. This paper describes it's new technology, such as high speed driver for SIT, SIT non-linearity correction technique, usage of wide band optical fiber links, etc. for lower distortion and noise.
